We are based in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, the main gateway to Komodo National Park.

What is the difference between an Open Trip and a Private Trip?

An Open Trip is shared with other travelers.

A Private Trip reserves the agreed boat or tour arrangement for your group.

How do I make a booking?

We will check availability and provide the applicable price and booking details.

Is my booking confirmed after I send an inquiry?

No.
An inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Your reservation is confirmed only after availability has been verified, the required payment has been received and verified, and booking confirmation has been issued.

How much deposit is required?

Deposit requirements depend on the package and departure date.
Certain bookings may require a 50% deposit, while bookings made close to departure may require full payment.
The exact requirement will be communicated before payment.

When is final payment due?

Unless otherwise specified, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

Are Komodo National Park entrance fees included?

This depends on the package.
Please check the Included / Excluded section of your quotation or booking confirmation.

If National Park fees are excluded, this will be disclosed before booking.

Can National Park fees change?

Yes.
National Park and government fees are determined by the relevant authorities and may change independently of Labuan Bajo Trip.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The captain, harbourmaster, authorities, or tour operator may modify, delay, or cancel an itinerary when conditions are considered unsafe.
Safety takes priority over the original itinerary.

Is Padar Island always included?

If Padar Island is listed in your itinerary, it is an intended destination.
However, access remains subject to weather, sea conditions, National Park regulations, government restrictions, and safety considerations.

Can I see Komodo dragons?

Komodo National Park is a natural wildlife environment.
Tours may visit areas where Komodo dragons live, accompanied by authorized rangers where required.
However, wildlife sightings and animal behavior cannot be guaranteed.

Can I see manta rays?

Manta Point may be included in selected itineraries.
However, manta rays are wild animals, so sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Can I fly a drone in Komodo National Park?

Drone use may require advance permission and payment of applicable government fees.
Please contact us before departure if you intend to bring or operate a drone.

Do you provide hotel pickup?

Hotel or airport transfers are included in certain packages and optional in others.
Please check your specific package inclusions.

What should I bring?

Is travel insurance required?

Travel insurance may not be mandatory for every tour, but we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, particularly for international travelers.

What happens if I arrive late?

Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at the communicated time.
Shared tours cannot always delay departure for late passengers.
Please contact us immediately if you anticipate a delay.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, but cancellation fees may apply.

Can I change my travel date?

Date changes are subject to availability and supplier conditions.
